In celebration of the upcoming 250th Anniversary of the founding of the United States of America, the NSDAR Historic Preservation Committee, in support of the America 250! Committee, will be posting the location of the America 250 Patriots Markers on our Historic Sites and Properties map.
The America 250 Patriots Marker project commemorates the 250th Anniversary of the United States. These markers are placed by chapters and states in their communities to commemorate the men and women who achieved American independence. These Patriots, believing in the noble cause of liberty, fought valiantly to found a new nation. 1775 – 1783.
